FOUR men and a 16-year old boy from Bristol have been arrested in a Cotswold town.
The group were arrested in the early hours of the morning on May 2 in Stow.
Police officers stopped the vehicle after smelling cannabis.
Upon a search of the vehicle, officers found angle grinders, head torches, balaclavas, gloves and a replacement number plate.
The four men aged between 22 and 26 as well as the 16-year old boy were arrested on suspicion of going equipped to steal and possession of a class B drug.
