Sunny days again for Holiday Inn hotel

THE four star, 110-bedroom Holiday Inn Bromsgrove has been acquired out of administration by Kew Green Hotels. Previous owner Pedersen (Bromsgrove) Ltd collapsed in October last year as part of a multi-failure in the Pedersen group, whose affected hotels were described at the time as "well run and generating profits unable to service the level of debt finance owed".

AWARD winning central heating giant Worcester Bosch Group has been recognised for its commitment to staff training and apprenticeships. The boiler company from Cotswold Way has been presented with a Champions for Apprentices’ training award at Birmingham Metropolitan College's Employer STAR Awards. The event at the college campus in Birmingham city centre recognised a range of businesses for their commitment to developing staff and celebrating the contribution they make to training their employees.

National Accident to float on AIM

NATIONAL Accident Helpline, which has its headquarters at Kidderminster, is to float on AIM, the London Stock Exchange’s international market for smaller growing companies. Its chief executive Russell Atkinson said the business will offer an "attractive yield" for investors and the move, which is expected to take place in May, came at a "natural time" in its development.
