A MAN from Worcestershire has been charged with a multitude of offences by police.
Matthew Lavelle, of no fixed abode, has been charged with several offences following an investigation by the North Worcestershire Neighbourhood Crime Fighting Team.
The 41-year-old has been charged with the following offences:
- Engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour
- Assault occasioning actual bodily harm
- Intentional strangulation
- Intentional suffocation
- Threat to kill
- Intimidating a witness
- Criminal damage (two counts)
- Assault by beating
He has been remanded to appear at Worcester Crown Court on 7 May.
