A MAN caught nearly four times over the drink-drive limit on Christmas Day has been ordered to do unpaid work.
Terry Senter, of Windsor Avenue, Worcester admitted drink driving when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court.
Magistrates heard the 47-year-old drove a Toyota Avensis in Windsor Avenue, Worcester, on December 25 last year.
Senter was arrested and at the police station gave an evidential specimen of 130mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath - the legal limit being 35mcg.
Senter was given a one-year community order which requires he complete 150 hours of unpaid work.

He was banned from driving for 30 months but was offered the chance to do the drink drive awareness court which, if he successfully completes, will reduce the ban by 30 weeks.
The defendant was also told to pay costs of £135 and a victim surcharge of £114.
Senter's offer to pay the total, £249, at a rate of £40 per month was accepted by the magistrates.
The case was heard at the court on February 24.
