WORCESTER’S Rachel Lund has been shortlisted for the Women’s Premiership players’ player of the year award.
The trophy will be presented for the first time at the star-studded Aviva Premiership rugby awards on Wednesday, May 18, by Maggie Alphonsi after votes were collected from female players across the country.
Saracens’ Poppy Cleall and Lichfield’s Harriet Millar Mills are also up for the accolade, which was won last year by Tamara Taylor.
The winner will rub shoulders with the biggest names in English rugby at a glittering ceremony at the London Hilton.
