SNAILS, crepes and abseiling were on the menu for a group of Worcester pupils on a visit to France.
31 Tudor Grange Academy Worcester students stayed at the PGL centre in Northern France last weekend.
Their itinerary included visits to the towns of Brie and Melun where they bought ingredients for lunch and visited a chocolate factory.
They also took part in activities including climbing, abseiling, swimming, making crepes, roasting marshmallows over a bonfire and sampling escargots or snails.
Stacey Redpath, teacher of Modern Foreign Languages, said: “The students had the time of their lives and were an absolute pleasure to take abroad: well behaved, tried everything and got involved 100 per cent."
