A FAMILY could win tickets to see CBeebies star Katy Ashworth at Spetchley Park Gardens for free in an online competition.

The tickets will allow two adults and two children into the gardens as well as watch Katy, star of I Can Cook, perform at 2.30pm during the garden party in aid of the Grace Kelly Ladybird Trust.

The garden party take place on Monday, August 22, raising money for the trust which was set up in memory of Grace Kelly, from Crowle, who died suddenly from an aggressive form of cancer.

To enter, people have to go to the Grace Kelly Ladybird Trust Facebook page and and put a brief comment on the competition post to say in a few words why they would want to win.

Jen Kelly, Grace's mum, said: "The day is going to be a great day for adults and children alike.

"The garden party has its stalls under gazebos so we are ready for any type of weather.

"All set in the beautiful Spetchley Park Gardens, there is a treasure hunt running throughout the grounds, and people are free to explore.

"The Katy Show is going to be full of fun, dancing and entertainment, an interactive show followed by a meet and greet with Katy - the kids are going to love her.

"We have a number of arts and crafts too, pottery, face painting, bouncy castles and much more.

"To enter just write a comment on the Facebook post about why you would like to win - it would also be appreciated if you could share it as well to give your friends a chance to win too."

Four-year-old Grace died suddenly of an aggressive form of cancer in November 2014 and since her death her family have been tirelessly fundraising to raise money for Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group and Acorns Children's Hospice.

Already, the trust has raised over £70,000.

As well as performances from the CBeebies star, there is a garden party and fayre running along side, with a huge range of activities.

They include archery with paralympic medal holder Mel Clarke and penalty shoot outs with KickStart Footy by Danny Jackman, Worcester City captain.
